1. Standard Returns
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because of the nature of writing instruments, all highlighters, pens and markers must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all items before they ship, but sometimes things go wrong in transit or a product has a manufacturing defect (such as a dried-out marker).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the item at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund. We may ask you to provide a quick photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your Order Details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs or send a replacement completely free of charge.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will call and/or send you an email to let you know it has arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit card or mobile money account). Please note that it can take a few business days for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.
2. Deliveries Within Nairobi For our customers within Nairobi, we offer two convenient delivery options:
Door-to-Door Delivery (via Little Parcel): Fast and reliable delivery directly to your home or office. Orders are typically delivered within an hour after dispatch.

Collection Point Delivery (via Pick Up Mtaani): Prefer to pick up your package on your own schedule? Select a Pick Up Mtaani agent near you during checkout. Packages are usually ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

3. Upcountry Deliveries (Outside Nairobi) For orders outside of Nairobi, we partner with Fargo Courier to ensure secure, nationwide delivery.
Upcountry shipments are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your exact location.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email, SMS or WhatsApp notification from us. Depending on the courier selected (Little Parcel, Pick Up Mtaani, or Fargo Courier), this message may include a tracking number or a direct contact link to check your delivery status.
5. Missed Deliveries If the courier is unable to deliver your package (for instance, if no one is available to receive it or the Pick Up Mtaani package isn't collected within their specified timeframe), the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
